I've lived in Edmore and ordered food from this establishment for many years. Main Street Pizza used to be one of my favorite... local places to eat, but I am sad to say this place has gone so far downhill in both quality of food and customer service that Iwill never spend another dime there. I don't write this review lightly or spontaneously, this is in fact written after the thirdtime in a row I have ordered and received horrible food. This time my grinder was completely inedible. What should have been awarm sandwich with tasty toasted bread was barely cooked, I did not get the extra cheese ordered, and the best way I candescribe the sandwich is gooey and slimy! I did not even bother asking them to remake it as last time my food was remade by themanager of the establishment, after having another employee react rudely when I reported that my sandwich was made incorrectly,and he hastily threw together a barely cooked sandwich that night as well. I did call to let them know about my dissatisfactionand received nothing but excuses from the employee I spoke with. To me. That is completely unacceptable for any person workingand customer service, you don't make excuses, you own the problem, you apologize, and you fix it. It's not rocket science, it'ssimply being a good person, a good employee and caring about the quality of work you put forth. Regrettably, I don't think anyemployees. The manager included care enough to put any pride in their work nor do they care that people are spending hard-earnedmoney during hard times. I wonder how they would feel if the situation were reversed. Will they expect quality for their moneyor would they accept the substandard that they are putting forth? Read more
Best tasting crust I've had in a long time, pizza was great. People super friendly. Will definitely return!
Stopped here passing through on our way to a Journey concert. We had pizza and subs. All were very good.

Pizza was great and had lots of toppings! Great value! $17.99 for a large 4 topping pizza! Bread and sauce less than $6! Easily... feeds 4-5 people! Read more
The dine-in experience is lackluster. It's a nice place, but not a lot of traffic... So they don't set the tables up to be used.... Chairs were on tables, etc... That said, it was a good experience, staff was friendly, and the food was great! Read more
We usually are very satisfied but last night was a different story. We ordered our usual Lg Main street special and Lg BLT. ... The toppings were cooked all in the center and burnt crust. Their were several bubbles and the crust was super hard. We livein Vestaburg so we drove got the pizza got home and the kids were not going to be able to wait anymore so we ate what we couldmainly the center. Fortunately they didn't really cut it the greatest so we were able to eat where we could. We called andspoke with Dakota and he said the best he could do is 10% because of scammers especially during this time period. We will notbe returning anytime soon. Read more
