I blame myself, I forgot the 3rd rule of dining: Don't order seafood at a steakhouse. I was shocked that they covered the... scallops and shrimp in cheese and baked them into oblivion. The venue was elegant, and it's obvious that the owner Chantal put a lot of heart into refining every smalldetail.
