If you live in a rural area like I do, good sushi might be a long trip to get to. Now that I've discovered Sushi World, it's a... tasty reward after a not-so-long drive. The staff were attentive, friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. The vegetabletempura was crunchy x10 (that's good) and went well with an ice cold Japanese beer. If you struggle with choices (and there aremany), go with one of several chef's choice platters. I went here today to taste some your foods offered here, but the thing I disliked, it's closed when I went here, but my lift to... Témiscouata of my friend is arrived sooner than I think, about few minutes before the restaurant will open. But I seen throughyour front windows, it's a well clean and maintained restaurant. Have come here many times from Portland in southern Maine, which has an abundance of sushi restaurants. This place competes with... all of them. All their sushi is always beautifully plated, and fresh and they offer unique flavor profiles/combinations that youcan?t find anywhere else. I ordered 2 maki rolls and left it up to the server to choose which ones for me. He returned andexplained each of them and the highlight ingredient. I was beyond impressed. 5 stars! Read more
Wow, Just Wow, Service is very professional and courteous. Same waiter and waitress nearly everytime we go. The food is great,... the presentation... well have a look at the photos.... average for sushi shops. But as long as the taste is there I have nocomplaints. I strongly recommend. Read more

Beautiful restaurant, bamboo booths, semi-private and non private tables, great service, great music, great food (more than just... sushi, although it is their specialty). One of the top restaurants in this town. Read more
