Stopped in from the highway on a long drive back from the East Coast. I eat Pad Thai on a regular basis and really not sure what... this is. It has a gravy base instead of a pad Thai sauce. Very bland - no coriander, spice peanuts - just terrible. I?d say keepdriving and save your $15. Read more
Worst experience ever. I tried to make it as visible as possible, but there?s a big hair in my food? the dumplings came frozen... (the peanut butter dumplings.) no one?s wearing hair nets. Blonde girl is absolutely ridiculous, sounds like a robot, looks atyou with a blank stare seems like she may be nice, but probably shouldn?t be working there. 2 guys came in, blonde dude in a hatcame up to greet them, shake their hands and then proceeded with the food without washing hands or anything? swearing the 4 ofthem pictured. Only 2 professional ones were the older gentleman, and the brown haired girl I think the blonde called Megan.Other than that, fire the other two and start new. Thai zone is one of my favourite places, but this was a real turn off. 100%WOULD NOT stop here again. Employees treating it like it?s a get together instead of a restaurant in business. Read more
The food is usually amazing used to have really nice employees. But today I went there to pick up my order , one of the girls... gave such a lazy and unethical vibe. Just had her mouth agape the hole time, dragging her feet on the floor and doing next tonothing while the only other employee there was preparing the food. If I had her name, I would've called the manager on thespot, because she was just awful. Worst service ever I wouldn't order my food there again.... Read more
A fairly clean dining area. The food is hot, tasty, and spicy. The cashier didn't really listen to my order as I asked to... have noodles with my meal instead of rice but ended up having rice. The dessert was frozen at the time of purchase but theywere friendly enough put it in the hotbox while I had my meal. It was defrosted when I got around to it. I wish they were opena little later. Worst service they their main doors before their closing time ( 8pm ) , I went to the Thai zone and they don?t want to serve... any one at 7.15 pm because it?s 45 minutes before closing time and two girls who where working there were laughing and hidingbut when one of there friends came through front door they came up to open then I asked them that it?s not closing time yet whydid they close, they said it?s upto them they can close but get paid and don?t want to serve customers even an hour beforeclosing time . Bad Experience...that place used to be good but now the food is gross. Ordered a Pad Thai...got a grease soup. Will never go... there again. Also, very expensive. Read more
