No bathroom avaliable still... we went here on our way to Port Clinton and got Arby's Thursday which was open... way back Sunday... Arby's was closed and STILL a the bathrooms were closed. No signs saying the bathrooms were closed either time. You just had towalk in and go back there to see they were blocked off. No help from employees giving us any direction to another place torelieve ourselves. Very inconsiderate. I would've understood about a plumbing issue as I was a plumber but to just not let thepublic know up front with a sign and then having Arby's closed at that location to top it off still not saying anything to tellus. Plus the gas pumps weren't working properly either so we had to pay inside work cash. This is why the low star rate. Iexpect more from a place off the toll road. Read more
Fries were old, I handed them back and asked for fresh. Offered me a turnover while I waited. That was sweet, 3 hours old... according to the cashier but sure. Got my fries, took my order to the van. All set, opened my roast beef and cheddar to add theextra, much loved Arby's sauce only to find 4 or 5 lonely little pieces of meat flattened out in a soggy mess of a bun.....sodisappointing. Is it because y'all are in a truck stop and just don't care or what? Y'all definitely didn't "have the meats" atthat location. Read more

I ordered the new wagyu burger. We I received and took a bite the inside was red. Looking like a medium cooked burger. I told... the cook and her response was ?it comes in fully cooked, than we deep fry them and then we warm up in the microwave no way yourburger is not done.? Thanks will not be back here again!
