They forgot half my meal. Got up to the food window and the guy basically threw the bag at me and yelled okay bye as he was... walking away immediately after shoving it at me. Got home and 1/2 the order is missing. Can?t go back so I?m out $$ now. Dobetter. It?s not that hard, I?ve done the work. People just don?t care anymore. Not the 1st time I've had mistakes with an order here. This morning was the first time that the employee started arguing with... me. It was a pretty simple order. 1 large regular coffee a 2nd one in a combo with an Egg BLT and hash brown. Also tried ajalapeños breakfast sandwich. Mentioned there was supposed to be 2 coffee. Was told "no there wasn't" Lol half the reason Iwas I'm there was getting a coffee for my operator. A&w or Tim hortons for me. Plus A&W has those delicious tee burgers forbreakfast! Read more
We came around 10:40pm and we were waiting more than 25 min because all the staff members were on their break. Why is it... advertised 24 hours open when they close the drive through for their breaks.. we saw many people waiting like us and many peopleleft.. This place is for sure loosing a lot of business because of this.. I hope management looks into this.. Read more

You might as well traverse the barren Saharan desert than come here for drive thru as you will be starving at both places! We... came at 10:40 PM for the drive thru and the staff was sitting around and shooting the breeze while several hungry customers werewaiting to order food! Then the guy who was being ipad kid told us to wait 11 min, but we ended up waiting 22 min! We were allso tired and hungry and not to mention we had to drive through a wildfire in Jasper to get here. Why does the sign say drivethru open 24 hours when the staff can just close up shop and hang out. The lady that served us seemed like it was a nuisancethat we were ordering and disturbing their break! God forbid the staff do their job!
