The place has gone downhill so much. Got an iced cap with espresso a couple days ago. They put the espresso on the top so I had... to mix it and another normal one and if wasn?t even fully filled or properly mixed. the lady at the drive thru could see it waswrong and gave them to me and turned her back immediately to talk to the other workers instead of doing it properly they justrush it and basically throw it out at you before you can even set your wallet back down. Go to the other Tim?s and it?s the samething. And their wraps suck. It?s majority tortilla and you get a little bit of filling at the bottom. Or they don?t have thestuff for them 1/2 the time anyways. Both Edson timmies are turning to trash. Read more

Hands down fastest tummies in Alberta. Been working in town. For over a week, DOESNT matter how long the drive-thru lines is,... you?re never waiting, eg we were just behind 9 vehicles and we were back on the road in 6 minutes. Amazing service and verypolite as well. Read more
No complaints about the staff/food. But, the archaic washroom situation needs to be changed. The two private washroom stalls... labeled Men and Women results in a line up of women waiting for a bathroom while men push past to use the Men?s stall insistingthe women don?t have a right to use it, even though the stall is a single private bathroom that anyone should be allowed to use.Label both the washrooms Washroom and have them both be first come, first use. Archaic and awful that women have to wait eighttimes as long as the men to use a toilet (because everyone knows that women use the toilet more frequently than men), and thecurrent set up brought out the worst in the men the day I was there, with one man shouting ?Well this MAN needs to go?, pushingpast the long line of women who were requesting that they be allowed to use the stall because they had been waiting a long time.I finally left and went somewhere else to use a toilet. The staff taking orders was incredibly confused with the menu items- it took 3 different people to deal with two orders of... classic breakfast sandwiches. Even after ensuring that it was correct on the screen, we discovered the sandwiches were wrongwhen we dug into our food in the car. Perhaps they were distracted by their numerous friends and family walking behind thecounters, but I wouldn't count on this Tim's to be reliable. Read more
I've never had coffee in my life. Can't stand the smell but the hit chocolate is great. Except today when they put an espresso... shot in it without telling me. I'm done with Tim's. Read more
