Drive an hour to grab a sub. Find out it?s messed up. Asked for a refund so we didn?t turn around. Manager said no we needed to... bring the sandwich back. Seriously? And waste $15 more in gas to get my $15 back? No thanks. I?ll lose my money and never returnhere again on our way through. DON'T GO HERE! 1.The employees, 2 of them had made the wrap wrong, even though it comes a certain way online with veggies.... Also, didn't inform my husband that they didn't have the spinach wrap. 2. One young man in particular hung up the phone aftersaying that they would give us a refund, but we had to bring the sandwich/wrap in. Then they were extremely rude over thephone, and then hung up on us. Then refused to answer it after we called back 3 times. 3. My husband brought the wrap back thatthey had screwed up, and then they wouldn't refund him, after he drove back. Giving him the excuse that they wouldn't refundhim, because his wife was rude over the phone. As far as I'm concerned, that's the same thing as stealing. 4. They said thatthey couldn't give us the owner's name, and I would love to have a talk with the owner. So we'll meet up with them tomorrow.???? DONT GO HERE!!! If there had been at least an I'm sorry, or I'm brand new, or the manager had owned up to it, or ifsomebody had at least said," I'm sorry," one time, then maybe this could have been a situation that was overlooked. Placed an online order and paid in advance through the app. We arrived about 10 minutes early so we took a seat to wait but let... them know we were there for the online order. Our sandwiches started to be prepared about the time the online app said theyshould be ready, which we didn?t mind because we knew they were busy. They were out of the meat we ordered so we had to choosesomething else, which we understand things happen and choose a different sandwich as the replacement. The lady that was makingour sandwich leaned in to get the toppings and her breast was sitting on the sandwich. I knew at that point I was not going toeat the food we already paid for. The knife was also wrapped up in my sandwich and we had to alert the employee of that. Wewalked out and threw the sandwiches away and are now going to pay for another meal at a different establishment. Unfortunatelywill not be returning to this location again. Read more
