First timer. I ordered the "Fall Feast" special. The pie was good. Im a fan of thin crust being standard. Toppings were... good. The toasted ravioli was interesting. Never had that before, I liked it, but I was hoping the filling would have moreflavor. And maybe a couple more per order ????. The salad was disappointing. Lettuce and cheese. The End. No tomato, nocucumber, no pepperoncino. That's the standard of any pizza joints house salad. I give 3 out of 5. The standard salad shouldcertainly have more love in it, and maybe add a couple to the appetizer count for the price. Read more

We love going to Imo's but when we picked up our pizza on Friday night the cook in the back was rude. We ordered online and... finished our errands a little early so we went to Imo's early to wait inside since it was so hot out. We told the cashier wewere early and would wait. She went ahead and just asked the cook in the back how our pizza was coming along. Some guy in theback started talking very loud and complaining about us being there so early. It was very rude since we were right there andcould hear everything. We were not demanding the pizza early or upset about it not being ready. We knew we were early and werewilling to wait. Just ridiculous this guy acted so inappropriate. Other people were eating inside as well and heard the guy. Itold him we could hear him. He needs to think before responding aloud with his complaints. I've always loved imos, but my daughter ordered a vegetarian pizza. You've changed the way you slice your peppers. You used to... "shave" them thin like your onions. Today we got 1/4- 1/2 inch thick slices. They were thicker than the pizza and didn't cookall the way through. Raw peppers aren't good on pizza. Ruined our day! Read more

This is my first time having Imo's pizza and I was very happy with everything. We got the All Meat pizza, tossed raviol, and Imo... fries with cheese. The pizza was amazing, the tossed raviol was just a little hard on the edges but otherwise good, and myfriend said the fried were ok. Read more
Ill start with saying I like Imos and I love Provel. I attempted to order an XL pizza and cheesy garlic bread, both were... burned horribly and cheese was laughable. Call and they remade the pizza, but saying their oven tends to burn everything andthey can remove it from the oven early....this one was less burned, but it seems the forgot to put cheese on the pizza. Thepicture from Ian McDonald's review is what its supposed to look like...this is what mine looked like. Strangely enough I alsofound a staple in the pizza box as well as another reviewer, but Im willing to say it made it in there when i ripped off thereceipt to call the store back...although looking back im pretty sure it was a new staple with no bends in it. This was a hugedisappointment because I know how Imos is supposed to be (I also worked there). I guess ill try the Troy location next. Canyou tell which was the original pizza and which was the re-made pizza after a complaint? Still couldnt keep the kids out of it,so sorry for the missing pieces. Read more
