I understand the workers are overworked and underpaid, but every time we order from this location, they mess up the order. We... only had 9 nuggets in our 10 piece and they didn't give us the bbq sauce we ordered even though the order summary was pinned tothe delivery bag. Im always told to pull over into one of the numbered parking spots to wait for my food. I sit and wait for 15 to 20 minutes... before I get my food and sometimes I don't get my food at all. The last time I went I had to go in and get a refund because Iwaited so long, I didn't want to eat cold food if they even made it. When I entered the building to get my refund I noticed thatthe floors and every single window were covered in months of handprints dirt and grease. I'm done eating at this McDonald's. Read more

Absolutely awful. Gets my order right about 20% of the time. A few weeks ago I went through the drive through four times just to... get the correct drink. Happened again today, I ordered just a coke (nothing else) and received a dr pepper. The lady I explainedto over the drive through speaker was super sweet and told me to just pull around to get the correct drink but the personhanding out drinks insisted that what she was handing me again was coke (I tried to confirm because it didn't look right but shejust shoved it at me and said "COKE.") It was a diet coke with no ice; but I didn't have the time to go back through a thirdtime :( very upsetting and my money is wasted here too often. Read more

This is the best McDonald's I've been to. I will only be going to this one from now on. We ordered curbside and waited for about... 5 minutes to receive our food. Everything was hot and fresh. We ordered a Coke and it tasted like bottled Coke. It was amazing.(You know what that means? They clean their machines...gross when you think about other restaurants.) I will be returning! Read more
I ordered a double cheeseburger with mac sauce only. When I went through the line I was given a double cheeseburger with ketchup... only. I called, I was very understanding and polite. I told whomever answered the phone about my order. I went back and theyremade my order. So for my extra .40 cents, I got a teaspoon of mac sauce. Went through the drive thru and wasn?t finished with my order when I was asked if there was anything else I said ?Yes?. The lady... then submitted my order and cut me off saying if I wanted anything else I?d have to tell them at the window. Once I got to thewindow there was no order for me and they had to redo it entirely still not even getting my full order when I asked for friesvia coupon code.
