Always enjoy going to the Saint Louis bread company even if the prices are getting to be a little steep.

Pretty lackluster location for a Panera, I would bet this is not a corporate regulated one because the place wasn't the cleanest... to say the least. The chairs were so strewn about the place it was like maze-runner trying to go use the bathroom, our choice ofseating was dictated by which table was clean so not a good sign off-the-rip. Although I must admit the food was actually reallygood; the bacon turkey I had was large and the basil bread was perfecto as well. The public restroom was also disappointing, Iwould hate to of had to go number 2 as the men's room smelled like a football locker-room. I would assume they lease thebuilding since it is part of a plaza, but they need to have the place updated regardless- it's odd that Alton has a betterPanera than Edwardsville. We aren't paying over ten dollars for just the sandwich alone for the place to seem like a Wendy's.And another note: the cashier forgot to ask us if we wanted drinks, they even neglected to have us specify if we want chips, bread or apple slices. Kind of somewhat sloppy Read more

This is the second time I have had an issue with an order placed online/on App. It?s simple really - one of my bowls of soup was... missing. When a bowl of soup is $9.00, I expect it to be put in the bag with the rest of my food. It?s a good thing I checked, because had I gotten home without it - I already know they wouldn?t have answered the phone. My last poor experience there wasan order missing items, and when I called the store many, many times? no one ever bothered to pick up the phone. This was duringregular business hours mind you. I hate to leave another poor review, but in this day and age, when things cost more than everand my time is valuable - I need it to be right the first time. Read more

Clean, friendly and delicious. The bagel for the sandwich was very soft (which was unexpected). It was also much larger than the... egg and sausage. However, the flavor was there and we enjoyed ourselves. Read more

You need a beverage station if you're only going to fulfill the rapid pick up orders 40% of the time. I'm trying to make this my... morning beverage and breakfast stop before work, but the inconsistency is ridiculous. Why do I get a notification on the appthat my rapid pick up order is ready on the shelf if it isn't actually there 60% of the time I go to pick it up? Read more

No registers open! "Fast Lane Kiosks" only! The lines were so long, and most were having problems! I asked an employee, who was... just standing around, if she could wait on me, and she said no. When I tried to use the kiosk, it kept sending me back. Ifinally left, and took my business elsewhere! Fast Lane, in this case, is an oxymoron, as there was nothing Fast about it!Pitiful service! First Panera restaurant ever and eating there was quite fascinating. We did not plan to stop and grab a lunch but since my son... needed to use the bathroom it was serendipity that drove us there.???????? The sandwich that I ordered was very delicious. Theirpassion papaya green tea was my fave drink there. The place was very comfy. One thing that I noticed was they did not have anykiddie meal. My son was a very picky eater so most of their meals if not all were his not best option. He ended up eating thechips that came along with their combo meal. The price was a bit pricey but we did not mind it coz the food was good andhealthy. Read more
