Best Pizza around in my opinion

Disappointing and Unexpected Changes I visited the Edwardsville, IL Papa Murphy?s to pick up my usual 10/12 dollar Tuesday... pizza. It was 10:35 a.m. This is normally a straightforward visit that I have done for years. Today was different. After myprospective pizza was rung up, the lady preparing the pizzas announced to me ?There are five pizzas ahead of you; you?ll have towait.? This was a first but I normally do not mind waiting for a quality product, but I would still have liked to have knownahead of time where I was in the pizza assembly line. As I stood and watched a pizza being prepared, I saw for the first time apizza crust being taken out of its cellophane already prepped with tomato paste and cheese. The cheese did not look fresh atall and I was not sure if the tomato paste had soaked into the crust or not. Unfortunately, none of what I saw looked appealingand I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. Both of which were successful. From Edwardsville I drove 17 miles to thePapa Murphy?s location in O?Fallon, IL. Perhaps I wasted time and gas but I was able to get a totally freshly made pizzathere. Brian B. Read more

Great pizza fast service

I've been in a few times since the shelter in place order was given to try to spend some money at a local business. Only one... employee has been wearing a mask that I have seen. Many customers have come in without masks and have not been respecting anysort of distance from others. I even saw someone lean around the glass to talk to the cashier and no one said anything. I justfeel like a few simple guidelines could really help keep people safe since they are handling food here. Read more

Update November 2019: This location has gone back to online ordering. This makes a great way to grab a pizza after work or... before an event to make for later. We love the ingredients and all the options. Better than your delivery places in town. Read more
