The worst food and service I have ever been served at a Pasta House. I ordered Shrimp Spadini, I got noodles with olive oil. My... granddaughter ordered tortilla and her sauce was watered down to no taste. We waited one and half hours for food. It was notbecause of no employees, there was 5 servers standing around. This place is always a consistent "go-to" for our family. This particular location is ran pretty well and the service is usually... really great. As I said, the food is always a consistent average. It's not the best pasta in town but it always hits thespot. I will say the food is a bit pricey but nowadays everywhere is. We had 4 adults in our party, got 1 cheesy bread (<$5),soft drinks, and 4 lunch entrees and the bill $95 with a 20% tip. Read more
Worst Pasta House on the planet. Ravioli were bland and soggy. Fettuccine sauce is obviously powdered, too salty. The noodles... were even mushy and thin. We were starving when we arrived, could not eat more than a bite. Manager asked why we didn?t like thefettuccine either, I stated the sauce tasted packaged, his reply? it?s not packaged, we use half and half and parm?? well that?swhy they are cheeping out on ingredients and it TASTE like garbage! Pasta house is wonderful. And the food is always amazing. My only complaint is that I wish they would switch back to playing... Italian music in the restaurant instead of rock n roll. They used to do this and it made the experience very enjoyable. Read more
Is it funny to have a door dash for a nurse to be canceled after 25 minutes. The manager and the small young girl thought it... was. They didn?t answer their phones nor provide any details on the their food.. man who was handed the wrong not compensatedwith anything but I?m not sure. I was with a larger group of people so the bill was off, but my food was delicious. Service and cleanliness was... outstanding. The restaurant was well spaced. A nice place for a good dinner or to pick up a good meal to take home. Read more
