after ordering take out tonight with my dad for his birthday this was the steak he received almost all of it was barley cooked.... i understand you guys are busy but this? unacceptable. when my father called to talk to someone he was hung up on twice then hadis call declined three times before getting to a manager. Food was excellent …..Dakota is amazing! He had great knowledge of the menu, professional and friendly. He took our jokes and... rolled with them! I must say our waiter Jakob was absolutely AMAZING today. This young man was the best waiter we have had in years at any... restaurant. Today being Mother’s Day and being swamped he was calm as could be. Very polite and continuously apologized to usabout it taking so long. We understood they were busy so that was okay. He was prompt and more than willing to help. As a motherof a young man who works in the food industry as well it really meant a lot to experience such incredible service today.Hopefully the parents also see this review as I want them to know what an amazing young man they have raised. It’s so manywords I can use to describe him but I wanted to leave a review in hopes he gets the recognition he deserves. This is medium well for a $28 steak? And it was 10 minutes late. So basically if you wanna get sub par expensive food visit this... place. The girls in the front are rude and instead of gettin my food the time before one girl asked the other girl if she wantedto see a picture of her prom dress while my food is 10 minutes late. This has always been one of my favorite places to eat but the bad experiences are becoming as frequent as the good ones. Tonight... my pulled pork dinner was about 25% fat as you can see in the photo at the top of my plate. I understand you will get some fatbut this was ridiculous. I haven't been here since spring, as that was the third time they messed up something on my to-go order. I came here tonight... since I've typically had good experiences when dining in. I sat at the bar because the wait time was about 20-25 min for atable, and it was just me. I had a good experience. The bartender was really good and nice (Lauren or Laura I think), I'drecommend her, hopefully you'll get her when you go. I ordered the prime rib medium rare and sweet potato with the house salad.The salad and prime rib were great, the sweet potato was just a bit overdone. I definitely recommend the prime rib, and I'llorder it again...melt in your mouth tender. Read more
