The quality of food has significantly declined, and the service subpar. Though the food was served hot, the fried rice lacked... any flavor and stopped me from eating after a few bites. The higher prices and addition of a credit card service charge was anadded surprise to the end of a very lackluster dinner. Read more
Had dinner there for it daughter's 9th birthday. Total of 10 in our party and multiple checks. The food was excellent and the... service was great, despite it being quite busy. Drunk rice had a granular grit to it like a paste had lost it's solubility and the heat wasn't there. The other fried rice was... really bland. Up your game kids. It was made fast which is a plus because it was a pick up order but I had to ask for cutleryand they gave me chopsticks for a rice dish. It's not sushi there whitebread. Also no napkins. Maybe it's just a sit-downrestaurant or I just ordered wrong but I spent forty bucks on food I couldn't finish. I truly loved Wang Gang when visiting friends in Edwardsville! I ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice and felt like I didn’t even... make a dent in the bowl! It was so good, but it filled you up quickly. Ordered take out. Glass noodles with shrimp. The shrimp was so overcooked it was soft. But the signature crab Rangoon is the... best. Update.... came in for margarita and Gabby is my new favorite bartender. Her margarita was amazing. She is alwaysbartending on Mondays.
