One issue is the quality of fries. I know each one of these locations can be run differently, this one needs help. Getting fast food almost anywhere now is, well,... a sacrifice of your wallet and stomach at the same time. I literally haven't gone to a McDonald's in over 8 months, maybe over ayear. This location is a good example why, aside from the way they (as a company) have gone downhill so far since they wereforced to compete more heavily with other chains... I looked at the lit menu board, and didn't see any of the sandwiches listedseparately, only the combos. As if they don't want you to know the price of an individual sandwich. That alone could influencewhich one I'd order... but I got a simple quarter pounder with cheese, 4 pc nuggets, and a pumpkin spiced iced coffee. I askedfor extra pickle and ketchup, glad I wasn't charged for it, because I couldn't tell. If anything, they put extra onion on it,which overpowered any chance this sandwich had in the first place. The bun was a little tough around the edges, food wasn't hot,just warm. The nuggets have been reduced in size since I've seen them last, even the coating is not as thick... so corporateprobably thinks they made good decisions here...nope. Besides the food quality being as poor as it's become, I'm wondering whatelse is up with this location... you can only see so much if you walk in, but it's a different perspective at the drive through.None of the employees are dressed the same, there was even one who didn't look like they worked there at all, eating out of abag in the prep area. Some were just plain unkempt. And it needs cleaning... the small cooler above the register was covered ingreasy handprints, the register itself is sitting on a piece of 2×4 for what reason I can't guess, and the back door(which Ibelieve is supposed to be kept closed and locked) was clearly kept open with something, with trash piled on the concrete.Apparently the manager here isn't doing much managing. This has got to be the worst fast food place in the valley. Everytime, the kids are too busy with their conversations that... customers have to wait 10-15 minutes to place an order, I always end up waiting 5-10 minutes to receive my order, then I have toreturn it once or twice because they always give me the wrong order. Don't waste your time going here. Read more
I go to the one on Luzerne cuz that's where I live and they always make my frappes exactly the way I like them and they always... know right away like they remember me and everything good team in the morning as well. Read more
This location is a good one it's clean and they are quick with the orders. The staff are polite and friendly.
I've always felt cursed going to fast food places, because it never goes the way I'd like it to. However, upon entering this... McDonald's, renovated, haven't been in one in a while, I was greeted asked to hang on a moment and then my order was taken. Myfood came very quickly, I questioned why it was so expensive for a sandwich and hash brown, and realized I should have got thecombo.
