From the first time I tried them out I knew Primo was going to be my go to hoagie place. Great tasting sandwiches and always... freah ingredients. I always go for the Primo size, but the smaller size could make a decent lunch for anyone. I ordered theWhole once, not knowing what I was getting into. The food is always great but the staff are exceptional. The manager today was very accommodating and helpful.

First time visiting, but food was good, and the place was quiet and cool.

I went in and ordered a hoagie to go, there was a lady that ordered before me. They gave her my Togo hoagie and she knew it... wasn’t hers after touching it so they figured it was mine and wrapped the sandwich they gave her and gave it to me. Today weordered delivery and o got the sandwich but with nothing I ordered on it. No Mayo, vinegar or hot peppers. I called to make sureit was my order and a kid said, “sometimes door dash messes up and we don’t get everything.” Ok!!!! I got the receipt thathas everything I wanted on it. A little pricey on their sides, hoagies are very filling plenty of meat and fixings. They have veggie options too, now if they... can only get a multiple order correct they'd be top notch, I will not order online any more. Plus they have drink and chipsoptions that aren't on the menu or online. Check your order before you leave. Read more

05/19/2021 I got a whole cheesesteak hoagie here today, paid $29.67 for it. It wasn't very good, it lacked steak especially on... the ends like 3" to 4" I got a lot of bun. After going to Primos in Wilkes-Barre and having trouble with there cheesesteak andthen this one? I've realized that Primos is no place to get a cheesesteak. The response from the owner is the same on everyreview. Piss poor management leads to Piss poor performance. If you can't make a cheesesteak like it should be for $29.67 youbetter get out of the business of making them. Read more

Love it here! The hot & cold Hoagies are great hard to just choose one. The coleslaw is good wish it had a little apple cider... vinegar to mix in with it. Great people very respectful even if the customer they are assisting is a handful for no reason. "witnessed first hand ". Aslo Not to pricey but I rather pay a little more here then less somewhere else & not be able to eatwhat they prepared. Read more
