Inability to answer phones, then when they are answered they put you on hold and don’t come back to it. Called back and... manager Jeff says it happens and he’s even done it. A customer calling to place an order is still a customer and shouldn’tbe ignored! Read more

One of my favorite buffalo wings restaurants. The dinning table are a bit squeeze, but still confortable. It would have been... better if there was more room to stretch your legs. The staff is friendly and professional. Great place to get some wings! Read more

Ordered food through company website for delivery. After getting the food we realize we are missing several items so we call... the store. They tell us to drive up to the store to get them...there is nothing else they will do. So I paid a 20 dollardelivery premium to have to drive to the store anyway. Out of every place in town that me and my boyfriend have tried since moving to Effingham, this is the ONLY place that has gotten... every item of our order right, had great customer service, and was fast and fresh/hot too! There was one waitress there who wasliterally doing everything for everyone else on the staff that day. Waiting on the entire floor of tables, cleaning/bussingtables, vacuuming, seating people, making drinks behind the bar, cashing people out. Every other person working (there were atleast 4 or 5 other people working in the restaurant) would call for her help and look at her and customers like a deer in theheadlights. I understand being understaffed and possibly training a bunch of new people, but she was doing EVERYTHING. We gaveher all the cash we had in our pockets for tip and told her if she's not running the place, she should be! Read more

Edit:Picture is our most recent visit... sauce is nowhere to be seen on these. Dry as a bone. Didn't give us ranch with the... wings either which is a disappointment. Overall a pretty disappointing visit. You never know what quality of wings you willget. It's about like playing roulette. Sometimes they're perfect, other times they're cold with very little sauce. However, therestaurant is clean on the inside and the staff is usually friendly. Read more
