The food was great. But the ice machine was out of ice. The tag can outside was over flowing with trash. Tables had not... been wiped off. The lady at the register we asked her about ice for two cups and she told my wife that she would fill one. My wife she could dump some ice on the other cup. I was kinda disappointed. Read more
The meat portion was not enough for the steak bowl. Their register was not accepting the Chipotle gift card. Staff were... courteous and clean restaurant. Have the cutlery but sauces were not there. Rice was hard, kinda ruined the burrito. A few people I mentioned it to said they've also gotten hard rice before. Maybe add... more water and let it cook all the way, use a lid because steam is the key to cooking rice, and taste test it before adding itto the line. Last night was our worst Chipotle experience ever. First, they refused to accommodate our very easy special request that they... have literally done every other time we?ve been to any Chipotle - it?s something we pay a lot extra for and they can easily do,so makes absolutely no sense from a business perspective. Then, when we asked for chicken they said they were out, so we gotsteak. After we were finished we noticed there was in fact chicken in the form of their new ?pollo asado? sitting there. They were out of certain items which was fine, but they left half of my things off that they did have. When I went in they were... rude, everyone was in a mood. Like it was my fault for existing and I should have known they were out of things and too busy. Iunderstand they were busy, I worked in the food industry for years, but it was just a bad experience. This was my first time ina Chipotle in years and it was a bummer. I had to go stand in the long line to get my food made correct. .. We did pick up(trying not to go in) because we were out of state heading home with three kids and it ended up taking so long. Read more
