These guys were suffering with a lack of employees when we stopped in. However the ones that were there, just kept at it no... matter how impatient customers were. The food was well prepared and fresh and the place was clean. I would definitely eat hereagain. Read more
If you want your change back be sure to ask otherwise they just won?t give it to you. But when you do ask you also get an... complementary eye roll and bad attitude for the remainder of your time. No regards for food allergy and keeping that allergenout especially when asked and explained to why something can?t be present. Be prepared for a ridiculous wait time and then toldoh I didn?t even know anyone was here (After they already took your order). We sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes. Spent 10 at the window itself waiting for someone to come and let us pay and... give us our drinks. The staff was inside just standing around talking and messing around, ignoring us. When we finally paid, wesat for another 20 or more waiting for them to bring the food out. When we finally got fed up, we went in to see what the issuewas and our food was sitting on the counter with 2 other orders waiting to be brought out. We got a sandwich and soup. Thesandwich was soggy and cold telling us it?s been sitting there on the counter for a while. I would give them grace if they werebusy and if this was the first time we?ve had issues but it?s not and according to other reviews we aren?t the only ones. Wewere the only car in the drive through line when we ordered and there was only 2 cars in the parking lot. Last time we triedeating here the person on the intercom wouldn?t stop joking around long enough to let us order. We went back and forth severaltimes just trying to put our order in. I?m all for having fun at work but not when it becomes an issue and we can?t even orderour food without long winded side jokes and unnecessary commentary. We ended up driving off we were so frustrated. We used toeat here all the time. It was one of my favorite places in town. Unfortunately, I don?t think we will be back anytime soon. Read more
New manager Ali was wonderful. She was accommodating towards our little ones and told us about the ?kid corner? which was a... shelf full of little kid toys and puzzles. Great service all around. Read more
There was only one customer inside when we entered. But the place was a mess. Several tables still had not been cleared. Assumed... they had no staff but quickly realized I saw at least 4 employees clocked in. Took 15 minutes to get two cold sandwiches and aside of Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was barely room temperature and one sandwich was falling apart. The staff didn'tseem to be bothered to move more quickly, as if service wasn't part of their job expectation. This is the 2nd time coming tothis establishment, and now I remember why I waited so long to return. Was not worth even half the inflated prices. Don't wasteyour money. Read more
