I ordered thru the app might i say the service was OK not the best . 1st o ordered a 10 pc nugget meal and a double cheeseburger... burger plain and a 6 pc nugget. All my nuggets were cold including my fries they didn't want to give me the additional sauce formy nuggets only two were in the bag . And my burger had cheese on it. It bothers me because i was the only customer in the storeat the time so HOW ? Can the line cook not read? Only thing satisfying from this experience is my drink , a coke i really wouldhave turned around and went back but im a trucker and have a destination to reach. Now im 10 miles down the road still hungry ireally want all my money back like jess you have one job read the screen prepare the food and make sure its HOT AND FRESH . Read more

Very unprofessional service! First of all, in the drive-thru I was told that I had to wait five mins while the other lane was... going thru. Then after receiving my order and leaving my granddaughter said her prize wasn't in her happy meal box. So, you knowI had to waste my gas and drive back. I told the gentleman at the drive-thru window that I didn't get the prize. He came backwith one and said here you got the last one. You only get one. Hello! I didn't get one. Then he said you can pull up and talk tothe manager, which I did....He said, you didn't get it. I said no but the gentleman gave me one but I should not have had tocome back. He said ,well we are busy and you got one so goodbye. I just looked at him and the phone number listed on the windowand drove away. Customer service and service period is not what it used to be! The managers here really need to change their attitudes. The one handing out food should at least fake a nice way of saying... thank you. She made me feel like I wasn't appreciated. Then when I had to drive around again because I received cold fries thenext manager walks out to tell me I needed to pull my car over to where she was standing to receive my fresh fries. Read more

The nuggets tasted a big old or maybe the oil was a bit off. The fries were crispy, but the tables were a bit dirty and the... station the televisions we're turned to were a bit off putting. Read more

Super happy with my experience here, did contactless ordering and payment using their App and it was ready as if I did it all... right there! The employees are great but I believe some of the managers could learn from their employees about mannerisms. Keepdoing what you're doing! Read more

Ordered a Bacon McDouble no mustard no ketchup add mayo. This is what I received?a whole lot of nastiness. And let?s not forget... that this definitely wasn?t a double, it had a single burger on it.
