If I could do zero stars I would.I am confused as to when it became an alright thing to be threatened on the job nd nothing done... about it.4 times since we've been going to this McDonald's I have heard threats of throat slitting on both the employees andcustomers, it's filthy most of the time nd the workers pick and choose whose order gets done and when they want to give it tothe customer.This place had me so shocked about how it's ran nd how it's kept clean.For the life of me I don't know how this canbe allowed. Waited in line in the Drive-Thru for a total of 16 minutes made the order paid for the order they parked us we waited for 13... minutes in the parking spot that they assigned to us when they finally delivered the food it was cold ice cold couldn't evenbite into the Nugget cold and old so I walked back inside wanting to know why my food was cold after we waited a total of 16minutes from start to finish to get cold food the manager who had no name tag on proceeded to look at me dumbfounded and sayexcuse me cold I said yes here feel it you just delivered it it's cold just oh I'm sorry well we had a slip and fall and then wehad confusion and the bad guy forgotten up there on the counter I'm like okay things happen I am in a hurry there's no reasonwhy I had to wait 16 minutes for cold food cuz we can make you fresh food it'll take another 9 minutes I'm like no notacceptable I want my money back she proceeded to go over get my money to refund it to me slammed it on the counter instead ofhanded it to me in my hand and walked away and mumbled something rudely I will never ever be back to this McDonald's again theydid the exact same thing two months ago the only thing is we dined in and got treated rudely Read more
Drinks are never full now. Do better McDonald's
Manager was yelling at all her staff and I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes for two sandwiches and a drunk while 8 other... customers were served through the drive thru. When I did finally get the sandwiches they had nothing on them. Just chickenbetween buns. Terrible manager. Read more
Rude as hell. My bf asked to use his rewards because He had a code on his app and they said He didn't have any and He had used... it, but didn't tell US that. They were yelling it and We heard it in the drive thru. The Manager opened the window and asked"WHAT SAUCE." <---- (I meant to not use an exclamation mark)...I'm in the restaurant industry. I don't care if it takes time tomake. We understand. Treating customers that was is rude. We left and just went to Keller. Read more
Fries were a little on the not hot side, and I don't like having to use the kiosk to order. On the other hand, service was... pretty quick and my customization was correct. Read more
For $4.50 for fish sandwich, be nice if you could get the 1/2 slice of cheese on the bun
The food is your typical McDonald's. The good thing about this McDonald's, are the managers, and the staff. I have used this... place for years and the only problems I ran into are occasionally,(like twice a year) They get my order wrong. And that idacceptable since they hire new workers who havent been through the processes yet. Will be coming here again. Read more
