Completely out of creamer of every kind except the powder. While making the coffee there was ANTS on the counter by the coffee... machines. I would not use the open powder creamer and open sugar containers as ants could crawl right in. Staff seemed nice butwhoever owns the place needs to get an exterminator and teach whatever staff members are not cleaning properly. Read more
Not my favorite Pilot parking can get a little tight but today I was unhappy with my shower. As I was walking to my shower the... attendant was giving my shower to someone else even though you can clearly hear over the loudspeaker that shower was taken Ishould?ve just let the guy have it. Inside was a dirty wash rag and soap bar of it wasn?t for waiting almost an hour for ashower I would?ve asked for another one. Then once I was in the shower for about 5 minutes the same attendant knocks 3 times andstarts to unlock the door?WTH I think he was trying to check out the twig and giggleberries. Anywho I?ll just stick to gettingfuel and moving down the road. Every time I stop here it?s a bad experience. Read more
Not the easiest to get in and out of for gas (truck with a trailer). They claim to require masks but there were multiple patrons... not wearing them and the store clerk didn't enforce the rules. There is a McDonald's attached to the gas station. Read more
They have a McDonald's at this Pilot, CAT scale, showers, small laundry room. T-shirts and souvenirs, great coffee, and friendly... employees. Read more
The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom wasn't clean bit the rest of the building was clean. There is a McDonald's in... the building however expect it to be thruway/highway prices like the rest. Always arrive half an hour or more early if you aredeparting from any greyhound. Read more
Nice truck stop with Mcdonalds inside, easy on/off big parking lot and convinient store, but shower took too long
The store overall was cool but I went into the McDonalds and the guy at the register was also the person putting the fries in... bags. He went from the register to packing fries with no gloves on at all!!! This happened 11/28 around 8:00 pm. Read more
