Well I stayed at the Flying J last night. Got up this morning to take a shower and get some breakfast. We'll the Dennys is... close down. I went ahead and got me a refill of coffee in my cup. Now thus where I was so disturb I was walking to the wallwhere you have sterring wheels covers I trying to find a good one. Now the clerk yelled out Ma'am would need to pay for yourcoffee? I was stop by another employee that was blocking from going to back area there's no exit door. Now, I was shock by heryelling at me with customers in the store. I walk to the counter and said you was unprofessional and I ask for the Manager shewas beside her. I ask for the corp. number and her name the other clerks name she did not write her name on the paper. Now Idid call corp made a complaint. Hopefully I received a called back. Now, she was stero taping me as I don't know what but Iwas very shock. This was over $2.34 for a refill. What is customer service coming too. 1 of the best showers I've had out on the road. I didn't catch his name but the cashier working this morning at 5:30am was... delightful, kind, and professional. Very clean store with professional and friendly staff, with a Dennis restaurant attached to store that has good food with quick... friendly service. The truck parking lot is laid out pretty good and relatively easy to get into spots. Showers are very cleanwith lots of hot water. I haven?t seen a truck shop at this flying j but there?s one across the street. Read more
The Ave price for a shower is around $15... And yet your employees spend less than 1 min. Cleaning them? I just went in and the... toilet still had poo in it? You're being paid fairly for the service, however you're not providing sufficient service for whatyou are charging? Water in the showers is hot, with good pressure. Loads of parking, much of which is hard to block. Normative c-store. Actually... had cream for the coffee (which is a chronic problem for a lot of Flying J/Pilot locations). Convenient access to theinterstate. No substantive complaints. Read more
