Back here again on Sunday, 9/25/22, at noon, as we were on our way to Chicago! Crazy time at NOON. AVOID, if you can! The whole... town shows up for coffee, LOL! Actually, the friendly, happy bistras were doing the best that they could, albeit running outof product! I think the town needs another Starbuck's! What a Gold Mine this one is! But, it needs more coordination forefficiency & effectiveness. I just wanted a tall coffee. All they had was the bitter Pike's Place. Wouldn't even offer a pourover of another coffee! So, next thing I did was order a DOPPIO. Big mistake because it was a real long wait! Terrible! Then, Ireceived the DOPPIO in a plastic tall container only because I asked them to throw in an ice cube or two. That was different.And, by time I received it, the ice was melted! And, it took so long that I thought my order was lost! I was ready to have themcredit my account. We needed to get on the highway! Oh well! Won't go back during that time frame ever again! Read more
I came with Pumpkin Spice in mind and left very pleased! When I pulled up to the store, there was a long line backed out onto... the main road, making me think I would have a long wait. Happily, that wasn?t the case, as the line moved very quickly. I didsee that some people had parked across the street and walked over to go inside to order, which is always an option here when theline is long. But my wait in the drive-thru was actually very short. The person that waited on me at the window was verypleasant and friendly, and my Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Muffin were delivered to me quickly. This Starbucks has alwaysbeen very clean and efficient whenever we?ve been here. Glad Pumpkin Spice season is here, and we?ll be back here soon! Read more
Everyone was busy and very friend, but my 2 coffees were missed(said ticket didn't print) and my pumpkin bread was warmed. I had... asked for a venti Americano and a med. Mocha, both hot and pumpkin bread NOT warmed up. One girl jumped on my order as soon asmistake was realized and I left very satisfied. Read more

Listen, I used to work at Starbucks in college. I get how crazy it is and I am THE MOST understanding person when it comes to... the food service industry that I?ve worked in for over 6 years but this was the WORST experience I?ve had in a coffee shop. Iplaced a mobile order @ 11:50, did not get my order until 12:30. On top of that, my drink is STRAIGHT almond milk. No joke Idon?t think there is a single syrup in it. There is a sliver of espresso. It is barely drinkable to be quite frank. M We are onthe road, so I cannot go back and ask for a new drink and we already waited the 40 minutes. Never again! I understand being busybut PLEASE follow through w quality drink making. Read more
