We used the app to order. When arrived there for pick up, they wouldn?t answer the phone. We went to the drive up because the... dining area was closed. 45 minutes AFTER we were suppose to pick up, it still wasn?t ready. We had to leave but the manager saidthat she could not give us a refund. We have had to call the corporate office attempting to get a refund. The car at the drivethru when I was there said they ordered Door Dash and it was never delivered and they were attempting to pick it up. They havebeen sitting in line for quite some time. Couple of items on the order were not quite right but friendly staff, fast service, and food was still good.
Google steak and shake effingham il. Before stopping off interstate. Google said in door dinning and drive up only. So we get... off interstate in effingham il. Food was terribly burnt and thrown together. Sat in line for almost 30 min. No napkins or anything in bag. overall awful... experience and i?d advise definitely going to mattoon instead. Read more
I ordered (2) #7 meals a large fry and (4) cheese sauces. Got home and had no fry?s that should have came with the #7 meals.... Tried to call the store but keep getting disconnected!
