The lady that took my order was rude. She burnt my sandwich and still gave it to me and didn't see it until I got home. I went... through the drive through. She didn't get my son's sandwich right at all and I almost want to say she did that on purpose. I'mbeyond disappointed in subway. This subway will not have my business anymore! every time i go to this subway, something on my order is wrong. this last time i ordered a steak and cheese and a cold cut, and... My family was on a road trip and pulled into Subway in Effingham?Subway is always a good substitute for fried foods and burgers!... Employees were super friendly and had nice attention to detail. They didn?t seem to be shoving me through the line in order toget to the next customer. Even went as far as removing the stems from the banana peppers when placing them on my sandwich.Overall great road trip experience when it could be stressful feeding the family on the road?they also have a drive through.Thanks!! The employees were very unfriendly and when we walked in around 6:30p.m. they were pulling the tea and putting chairs on the... table...prepping for closing time, the hours state they close at 9 p.m. Food was normal Subway food but the employees were notimpressive. Read more
