Gabe was an excellent sandwich artist, he made helpful suggestions and was polite and friendly.
Poorest customer service ever. There were a few sets of customers ahead of me. I watched as two young women took orders and made... sandwiches, then checked the customers out after their sandwiches were made. At my turn, they made my sandwiches, then left mestanding at the register while they started making the next customers? sandwiches. I waited for a while, expecting to be able topay and leave. It ended up that I left with no sandwiches. And I am glad because my experience with the wonderful people at theDairy Queen up the road was excellent. Read more

Taylor did a fantastic job today. She displayed good listening skills and empathy while serving me. I also noticed that the... bathrooms were immaculate and this was at 4pm after the lunch rush. I stopped here for lunch while traveling for work The first thing I noticed was how the restaurant is very clean, the line was... huge but the only other option was mcdonalds so I expected to wait a while. However, the three workers got through very quicklyand worked well together. Each employee was upbeat and energetic, spoke clearly, was helpful, and smiled. This is not somethingI see a lot especially younger people in my city anyway. The bread and veggies were fresh and the whole prep area looked veryclean. Overall, great experience and I will be stopping here again the next time I travel through this area! Read more
