My previous review was a positive one. But today I ordered a number 6 with no tomato. I asked for nacho cheese on my chalupas.... They were disapointing to say the least. There was barely any chicken in these, honestly they were barely filled at all. This isthe only bad experience I have had from this location. Taco Bell in Effingham illinois has very poor service. Went in tonight at 9:30 and didn?t leave until 10 after 10 bc they took... so long to get my food. They had no cash registers open and u had to use the self order computers and they did not complete yourorder when you paid cash for about 20-30 minutes after. A bunch of teenagers running this place and very bad management andservice! Everyone there should have walked out and went somewhere else as well as myself and my significant other. 40 MINUTESJUST FOR 12 TACOS NORMALLY MADE. Read more
75% of my last 8 orders have been wrong or missing something. One time was even argued with and treated very rudely by staff.... Only reason for the 2nd star is because the food is delicious still. Read more
