The front person, TJ. He was the face of the store. Greasy hair, long gross nails, long beard not wearing a beard protector.... Decent food that was hot and presented well. They forgot a straw and the butter for the baked potato though, prompting us to... have to go back in to retrieve the missing items in our orders. I am from the Ozarks region of Missouri, born and raised. My mom and I stopped by here last month for lunch on our way home to... Missouri from Ohio, where we had visited for a convention that week. I was fascinated by the group of signs at the plaza acrossAvenue of Mid-America from this particular Wendy's. Not only that, BUT our to-go order was correct. Absolutely ridiculous! I was in line forever and the cashier only prepared DoorDash orders. I witnessed a minimum of 15 people... walk out without ordering. Your staff has no sense of urgency or polite manner. Cars driving off and people with children unableto get them lunch. I saw one of your male staff push past a child to force their way into the restroom. A dirty cashier withand unkept beard and hair with his backside hanging out.
