The front person, TJ. He was the face of the store. Greasy hair, long gross nails, long beard not wearing a beard protector.... Using the register, touching the money and then touching the fry box while he is touching some fries! Also, when he gives you acup he touches the top of it. Yuck!!! It was gross ????!!!! Decent food that was hot and presented well. They forgot a straw and the butter for the baked potato though, prompting us to... have to go back in to retrieve the missing items in our orders. But the staff was very friendly, very quick with the order andvery responsive both in person and at the drive through. I will be going back. Read more
I am from the Ozarks region of Missouri, born and raised. My mom and I stopped by here last month for lunch on our way home to... Missouri from Ohio, where we had visited for a convention that week. I was fascinated by the group of signs at the plaza acrossAvenue of Mid-America from this particular Wendy's. Not only that, BUT our to-go order was correct. I even tried their LIMITEDTIME Strawberry Frosty, and really liked it as much as my chicken sandwich and SPICY chicken nuggets with French fries. Read more
The food was very good, and the staff tried very hard, but they were in a large rush, and it was obvious the cashier was knew... and unsure of what she needed to do. Add to that the unforgiving customers, and I felt bad for her. Still, the food once wereceived our correct order was fabulous. They can't help that they were understaffed with the employees they did have being newand unfamiliar. Read more
Overall the food was good, but the fries were not fresh and hot, they were warm... like they had been there a while. The... restaurant, overall was clean, but their soda machine was not working. The service was good - friendly, fast and efficient. Read more
The salad is entirely too expensive to be given a mostly brown salad at 1pm... Not to mention they forgot a sandwich. I... understand things happen, but it's gross to give out brown salad, and embarrassing that they would give it out right after alunch hour. ???? Absolutely ridiculous! I was in line forever and the cashier only prepared DoorDash orders. I witnessed a minimum of 15 people... walk out without ordering. Your staff has no sense of urgency or polite manner. Cars driving off and people with children unableto get them lunch. I saw one of your male staff push past a child to force their way into the restroom. A dirty cashier withand unkept beard and hair with his backside hanging out.
