I love the vegetarian patty and the homemade punch from this place! The patty was well-spiced and puffy/crispy. The fruit punch... was delicious and not too sweet. The owner was very friendly and helped my friends decide what to get. Food was reasonablypriced here and pretty authentic (according to our Jamaican friend). Highly recommend this place! Read more

I don’t understand how anyone could give this restaurant a 1star? If you’ve actually eaten at this restaurant then you would... know about the great food & service. The food is amazing, I already started eating before I decided to take a pic ????. Theowner/chef works hard, he’s very personable and take great pride in his food. There’s a fine dining side, where you canreserve a table or the space for an event & there’s also a take out side. Great addition to the Poconos area. This was hands-down one of the best dinners I've ever had, absolutely make it a priority to come here if you're anywhere in the... area! The dine-in area is currently reservation-only so make sure you call ahead to book a table (although the takeout isamazing as well). The jerk wings were absolutely delicious with an amazing blend of spices, the oxtail was to die for (plus thesides that came with the entree were all so tasty, really generous portions!), and we had both the homemade Jamaican fruit punchand homemade pink lemonade that were both so refreshing and paired perfectly with our meals. An absolute gem! In the middle of the mountains, finding authentic Caribbean food was not something we anticipated. The owner... is amazing and treats everyone like family the instant you cross the threshold. If you are waiting here, it's because of theoverwhelming demand for the food and the pride Shane takes in serving his food. Flavor and quality is out of this world! Wespent a night in Shane's private dining, and he ran the restaurant while managing our private meal. We were patient andunderstanding and our meal was fantastic! The snapper is MASSIVE and delicious! He accommodated a kids meal and just wowed uswith everything from beginning to end. Fruit punch is all natural and our favorite!
