Your staff doesn?t care how the customer is treated . Employee fight had broken out in the store over me coming back in to get... the order that I had asked for . One black gentleman tried to help while the manager yelled at him to not get involved . This isby far the worst Dunkin that I have ever been to. Get a staff that cares about your customers . For customers go out of your wayand spend your money somewhere else ? this place is not worth my money and I live around the corner . I will drive out of my wayfrom now on . This Dunkin Donuts will rob you blind if you don't want to pay for cows to be abused in your coffee. They upcharge $1.60 for... oat milk in just one drink. This is like charging 50$ for a few dollars of blended oats + water. Why not upcharge for cow'smilk like you do oat milk? Why does causing suffering to cows cost so much less than cruelty free beverages? In the dairyindustry baby calves are stolen away from their mother on the day of birth so we can exploit the mom for milk. Make no mistake,Dunkin does purchase all their dairy from factory farmed cows. Read more

LOL "Effort Pa." The bar is low- but this was one of my worst dunkin experiences- employees put in NO effort. Order took over a... half hour, with some particularly bad moments. I'm not the person to want to complain, but I hope this makes someone else feelbetter. I went with my cousin and sister. First, when I received a medium sized coffee instead of the large I ordered, theyrudely said, "well it's in a medium cup " and did not fix the order. Next, we were waiting on some cream donuts. Instead oftelling us that they were sold out of those donuts, they said nothing for over 20 minutes and gave us nothing when theyeventually put a bag out (without letting us know our order was ready). When we asked about it and were told that they were soldout, they offered no substitutions. We had to pull teeth to finally get a substitution, but for whatever reason they keptinsisting on giving us boston cream only after we said no to that. To make matters worse, multiple other people ordered creamdonuts as well and were also waiting on orders. The people heard us ask about the donuts and also tried to ask for help from theworkers as well. The one worker had no sympathy whatsoever. Even though the selection of donuts and muffins was not the best, however, I can see the potential of this store. My wife and I... are not coffee drinkers, but we love our sweet treats. The prices are little high to indulge our sweet tooth, but every once ina while doesn't hurt. The most expensive of our treats was our drinks; strawberry passion fruit drink, over $7 for both, andthat was a medium. Almost worth every penny. Read more
