Ordered pizza at 10:06 pm was told pizza would be here in 30 minutes At 10:44 I called back and told the girl its be almost an... hour and we still haven't received our pizza...she said the driver left 10 minutes ago and was in route.l! My pizza was ordered ahead of time since I had to get gas first. When I got there the guy doing all the talking just left me... standing there. I told the guy behind me to go ahead and after he left I had to ask what was going on. Turns out the deliveryguy took it by mistake. He told me it will be as good and fresh as ever and I could go sit in my car and they would bring itout. About 5 minutes later he brought it and and I could feel it was luke warm. Delivery drivers have gotten worse and worse. Recent driver pulls into our driveway, music blasting, continued to sit there for... about 5 minutes. Finally gets out, get our order inside, they forget our two side orders of ranch. We live 5 minutes away so Icalled asking to have them bring them back. I orser from here very often. Typically, I get delivery. However, a hand full of times we have done carryout. The little girl... who works there is extremely rude! She is there EVERY TIME I carryout. She has zero customer service skills. She doesn'tacknowledge anyone when they walk in. She has her air pods on and continues to box pizza as we wait several minutes. Then askswhat can I do for you, as though I'm inconveniencing HER. She does not wear a name badge, but she's a little Mexican girl. Andshe was working today at 430pm. I gave Domino's a try because I love pizza and they're only a half a mile away. I heard about a special with 3 toppings for... $8.99. I asked if there was it special. She told me about the one I asked about and I ordered it. I drove up and I was takingpictures of the place to make a write-up as I was waiting for my pizza. Away from the counter and all the activity of pizzamaking where I had to place my order on the least likely place to look was a hand written notice on a blackboard. The note said" pizza with 5 toppings $9.99 !! So, for dollar more I could have had two extra toppings !!!! I asked the manager why no onemade me aware of it because it would be a much better deal for me. She and two other coworkers said " If a special is advertisenationally ... and that would be on YouTube and TV radio,... we don't have to tell you"!!! ...And I felt they were smug aboutit too. another words, if there is a better deal... which would make me happier and more inclined to come back and buy anotherPizza... they would rather I don't know about it !!! With their attitude and the lack of quality in the pizza having hardly anytoppings with whatever I asked for.... I won't be buying any more pizzas from Domino's. There are other local pizza stores thatare consistently more generous with their toppings and quality. They're also whole lot nicer to their customers. Read more

Find another location. I had to wait 20 minutes past time promised and order was still wrong. While I was there I watched 3... employees constantly open and close boxes looking for orders. They kept checking tickets and boxes trying to match orders. Theylooked like the 3 stooges running around in circles. I had a simple order, 2 pies and wings. I got the pies but no wings, someother kind of chicken dish. After a 40 minute wait I think they should at least be able to get the order correct. Read more
