Good food...nice place. It was my first time there and if I go back to AC, I'd make another visit. I really liked the fries with... the side of ranch. First time I actually tried it. Changed my life that afternoon. The chicken cheesesteak I had was very goodbut the beef one I had (not pictured) was a bit on the salty side. The best Philly I?ve had in a while! They meat is so fresh, juicy and of high quality and the bacon is to die for. It?s made to... perfection. Walked in cashier(young woman) had no customer service skills and was not happy to be there. The chicken cheese steak was not... good( Rate it a 2.5 out of 5). They advertise best shakes. Again rate it a 2.5 out of 5. Franchise owner needs to train staffand be on hands until business is running better. Good Luck. One and done for me. Read more

I visited Charleys a few days ago. I ordered favorite, Old School Cheesesteak. I was informed that they removed that item from... their menu. I had to order a regular Cheesesteak. My wife had the wings. They were ok. My daughter had mozzarella sticks whichwas good as well. My Cheesesteak was ok, I didn't receive the type of cheese that I ordered. I was disappointed that my item wasremoved from the menu and then didn't even get my substitute item as I ordered. Read more

I was hesitant to try their cheese steak but damn... The bread was not to fluffy or flat, held the sandwich great. The... presentation is on point too. Then the topping were very good quality mmm and then omg the meat... I feel it's the perfectthickness and density to really give you a nice fill, you have to taste it for yourself. Nope,Not a fan 1st and Last time .. Very dry Meat ,Not sure where the fried onions are ,Roll has a *stale* feel/chew about it... Party wings are crispy and the seasoning was great!!! I had the cajun dry rub and the others my friend had were the garlic parm... wet wings with a side of sweet Thai chilli on the side (great on the chicken cheesesteaks too) that still had a nice crunch tothem as well. Chicken cheesesteak was really good made how I like it with lettuce tomato and Mayo. But the true winners were thedrinks!!!
