Bought a burnt ends plate and received chopped brisket. My 2 sides were barbecue beans and mac and cheese. The mac and cheese... tasted like Bob evans brand while the beans seemed to be from a can. Really good brisket: tender, juicy and flavorful. Kielbasa sausage very tender as well. Smoked baked beans and green beans were... tasty and seasoned well. Smoked chicken and ribs were super tasty, meat fell off the bone. Read more

Really a sad attempt a bbq. I didn?t even know this was a chain till now. I had the two meat platter with ribs (meh), marinated... chicken (dry and chewy) mac and cheese (definitely boiled in a bag or microwaved) and bbq beans (idk) along with a very dense,dry roll. I think Dickey's is one of the best local restaurants in town. Brisket is so tender and the sauces are really good too.... Recommend creamy spinach and onion tanglers for sides! And you get free soft serve ice cream :) Read more

This is the 4th time I?ve ordered from this place. First two times sucked! Third time was awesome. Burnt ends, sliced brisket,... and pulled pork were excellent. Good crispy waffle fries. Disgusting, inedibly salty creamed spinach. Just okay bakedbeans. This most recent time, the brisket burnt ends are just a few actual burnt ends and a bunch of tiny pieces of choppedbrisket slices. 1-lb of sliced beef brisket is $21.00 1-lb of brisket burnt ends is $27.00 So I feel taken on having orderedthe burnt ends and instead got chopped up slices of brisket. If anything, these so-called ?burnt ends? should be significantlycheaper than the sliced beef brisket. Also, the brisket burnt ends does not weigh 16-ounces, but rather 14.55-ounces. (You?resupposed to get what you pay for, especially when you spend nearly $100 on lunch). Shortchanging customers is just a lousybusiness model. I?m not sure if I?ll be ordering from Dickey?s again or not. In 4 total orders, only 1 has been very good. Likeevery other place in EHT, this place is also hit or miss, but with a 25% success rate, this place is mostly ?miss? forme. Having said all this, when Dickey?s gets it right, it is fan-freaking-tastic! It?s as good as any barbecue I?ve had inSouth Jersey.
