they just messed my order ???? We had no time to return it but they completely got it wrong. my husband placed order for... everything bagel plus eggs bacon cream cheese and avocado. we got regular bagel with cream cheese and avocado. if they can'tmake it they way it is requested they should just say so. it is not the first time, i don't know why i keep bother to order fromhere ,plenty of other restaurants/ fast food/ coffee shops on black horse pike! lesson learned Read more
I never write reviews but at this point I?m confused on how this place isn?t shut down due to my past experiences. The first... time, my friend and I were the only people in the drive thru line, but it took about 10 minutes for anyone to say anythingthrough the speaker. Then when they did, they were mumbling the whole time. We got to the window, another 5 minutes before beingacknowledged. The kid was super unprofessional. Gave us the wrong drink, but didn?t forget to give us his iCloud # on a piece ofpaper that he wrote down. So odd? The second time we went, the same thing happened where it took about 10 minutes for someone totalk to us on the speaker. This time there was one other car in line infront of us. Another 10 minutes at the window, just tofind out they forgot to tell us to pull up to the next one. After finally receiving our drink, it was just steamed milk. Theyforgot the expresso. They literally forgot the caffeine source. And it?s not like they were being petty, because we were supernice the whole time even after all of this. So like?what? I think it was very hard for the young lady to hear me when I was giving my order in the drive through. She had to clarify it... with me several times. She was nice but it was annoying. I teach so I know I speak clearly. Also, once I ordered I pulled up tothe first window and waited 5 minutes and saw NO OONE. So I pulled up to the first window. No ONE there either. Then lookingbehind me I saw a person at the first window getting his order. So I pulled around and had to get in line again and had 3 carsahead of me then. I finally got to the window and I told them that I wasn?t trying to take off after I made the order, it was Iapparently didn?t wait long enough so I pulled up too soon and at the wrong window so I had to get out of line and get in lineagain. The 2 young ladies explained they had to make my order up. I understand that. So maybe there should be an extra personto collect money or just better directions so people don?t have to get in and out of line. That?s all. Read more
My favorite place to get my donuts and coffee. I don't have any complaints regarding them at all. I did let one of my rewards... expire but only because I was sick with the coronavirus, so I didn't have a chance to use it. Slowest Dunkin around. Constant change of employees. Just to get a simple coffee takes at least 12-17 min in the drive thru. To... go inside, you either get trapped in a parking spot because the drive thru lane is around the building or you have to park in adifferent lot and walk through all the cars in drive thru line. Inside, you wait about 1 min less. Ridiculous. Read more
