I ordered carry out from here for my husband and myself. I went into the store to pick up my order and it wasn?t ready yet. The... lobby was packed with other customers and I was told that it was still going to be a while. So I decided to wait in the storefor my order. The lobby was absolutely filthy. The window seals were piled with dust and dead bugs. They have these glasswindows so you?re able to observe to the workers as they make your food. While observing the workers I?ve noticed that theydon?t wash their hands between stations if not at all. This is extremely unsanitary considering they are not required to weargloves. I?m talking about helping customers, touching the phones, and computers, to going straight to touching the food.Absolutely disgusting! Not only that I seen the staff picking up food off the floor and placing it back into the make-line!!!This place needs to be shut down! These people have no idea how to run a business. After witnessing all of this I asked for arefund for my order. I will NEVER come back here again. I would also suggest no one else does. For the safety of your family andyourselves. Read more

I must say, we were very excited to finally get a Papa John's seemingly close by. I am originally from a different area that has... multiple locations. Unfortunately, I immediately noticed the food tasted nothing like the Papa John's I'm use to. It did nottaste good. And my husband got sick from it. Staff seem friendly. We paid online, so we only had a quick interaction. Read more

I am a little bit upset with the Papa bowls from Papa Johns Pizza. They should've name it Papa Bowl Toppings only because i was... expecting something different than just a sauce, chcken, spinach and bacon is just a really thin layer which is ok of flavor! But the price for this item is ridiculous smh I feel that I got ripped off!!!! way to expensive I literally paid almost $9 forit. $9 that did not even full me up.... . ????????? dissatisfied ???? Tried to order online, their app accepted my credit card and I received a verification from Amex that is was accepted to use for... online ordering for this company. But when I placed the order is denied the card. So I backed out all the information andentered it again. Denied a second time. It sure would help if this company would get their #### together. After two Papa John's location opened in locations that seemed doomed (imho) and subsequently closed (unsurprisingly) in the... past decade or so, there is finally a new PJ in a well lit high traffic area that is convenient to many people. And its alsonear a national pizza chain known for their iconic red roof (our is now brown :-( these days) and another that was formerlyknown for 29minutes and 59seconds or less (and avoid the Noid). Today we drove by and finally they are open. Bought two mediumpies and bownies. The Brownies were fine, tasted just like the ones from "red roof" that we had a new nights ago (when wethought PJ would be open - based on an employee outside saying as much last week - but then they were not open just yet .. sobought pizza at the competition). The 12" mediums seems a little small. Didn't quite fill the box like they should. Probablyneeded to be stretched out some more. The Extra Cheese pie didn't seem all that "extra" cheesy. And the mushroom and pepperonipie didn't seem to have pepperoni. Then I discovered a thin, sparse layer hiding under the cheese. I guess they didn't want todraw attention to how little pepperoni they used. I couldn't taste it, but at least it wasn't greasy. But the beef with theorder (other than the smallness) was the big air bubble. One slice (which was cut small to begin with) had basically no sauce orcheese on it. Air bubbles do happen but knowing people that have worked in the pizza biz had told me long ago how you can watchout for this as the pies bake. They even had a long wooden stick (like a broom handle) with a pointy thing on the end to popbubbles. Too bad PJ doesn't or hasn't trained their new staff. Hopefully things will improve. But as for now, I'll keep gettingmy pizza elsewhere and wait a month or two (or three) for the dust to settle. Read more
