Have been a customer for years. The last 3 times we ordered, the same order all the ime, even after repeating order back to mere... got home with our subs and discovered they were no t what we ordered. 3 times in a row. We travel from Estelle manor to thisstore, I explained this to the manager who apologized, gave us a credit for our next visit, and you guessed it wrong again. Their spaghetti sauce is pretty good. But, warning: For takeout spaghetti or any pasta where you want a little cup of grated... parmesan cheese on the side, THIS IS FORBIDDEN. They require you to get this nasty "shaved" parmesan instead. They do carrygrated parm and it's in the shaker bottles on the tables in the dining room (along with the oregano, etc.), but it's for pizzaONLY. I can attest to this, because I work at a place that has been ordering lunch from Primo's weekly for at least 3 years,probably more. I enjoy their spaghetti, but I like to have grated parm with it...since they can't send that for takeout, and canonly send the nasty shaved stuff (which goes straight in the trash)...I usually choose to get a meatball sub instead.
