I was just there literally there just got home to ac the customer service from the one employee that made my sandwich was not... very nice I paid for a bunch of stuff and accidentally the young lady rung up one food ticket which was one of my sons I waswith All 3 so when he i went to get my food he said in a nasty voice and look you need to pay for it 1st and I said I did! Notknowing it was missed when I went to the register so it was an accident but when I get back to the register the young lady wasrolling her eyes because I asked for a receipt to verify my order! Which I have a right she was annoyed!! And then we figure outshe missed the one ticket I thanked her 3 times and got NOT one reaction from her I didn?t get her name but she needs somecustomers service skills and she lucky I wasn?t in my car I had someone waiting I work in customer service and guest servicesfor years and didn?t appreciate this I love Wawa and have been to this one!! Many times This young kids needs classes not a goodluck for Wawa on the other hand I give the young lady at the coffee station a 10/10 she was nice and made my kids breakfastsandwich?s with no issues or nasty body language Read more
We had a very bad service at this petrol station paid the guy there $40 to fill up my car and it took over 15 mins to get the... fuel put in and was told we couldn?t move as there was a problem with locating the $40 we paid one of the guys working there sowe was rudely spoken to which made us feel very intimidated and when they found the $40 they said you can go which I findunacceptable there should have been a apology for there MIX UP I FEEL. The employees here are great. I want to give a personal shout out to one in particular, I usually see her tending the coffee and... making the custom drinks. She?s always so positive and welcoming. I always leave with a smile after interacting with her. I knowpositive customer interactions are expected, I work the business too, but she goes above and beyond every time I see her and Iwanted to let her know. I LOVE seeing Heather and Matthew in the morning at the store. The night shift manager is also extremely friendly, but I am not... sure of her name. Even towards the last hour or so of their shifts, my order is always correct, and it is a pleasure to see andmake small talk with them in the morning. Read more
Checkout from the cashier was fast and accurate. Store layout made sense and things were where I expected them. The place was... clean, and has M/F bathrooms that were as clean as I'd expect. Nothing that I had wanted was out of stock. Read more
Natalie is a superb associate. Give her a raise. I was looking for a particular candy item. There was no one at the checkout... and so she actually trried to hunt down the item I was looking for and brought it over too me. Just over and above what wasneeded. She is special.
