Just stopped for gas. Fast service
Wow completely downhill since new manager. Now I know why. The manager Meg is rude, combative, standoffish and really has no... idea how to take accountability for specifically HER failing to run a store. Highly recommend reviewing how competent she reallyis and promote one of your seasons cashiers who know how to talk to their customers. Adam, Mia, Christina, Stacy all excellentemployees but Meg is the classic example of a manager who cant manager and certainly can't manager to conduct herself with theslightest hint of customer service. The guy that works the register around 11 on Friday nights (usually when I?m in there) is super rude. He wears his mask under... his nose and is always yelling at people to put them on, even though his is never on correctly. I?m a regular customer at Wawa!!! love their coffee, soup and hoagies!!! This particular location seems to disappoint me almost... all the time!!! Burned my bread for the 3rd times in a row... if the toaster make the beeping noise, just open the toaster ovenand remove the bread!!!! How hard is that!!!! Read more
I love this place because it has the best coffee. I have ever tasted, it's always fresh. People there are always friendly. When... I walk in,i feel that I'm a part of the Wawa experience. Excellent coffee, but the employees at this Wawa should smile a little more. Most Wawas have happy smiley employees that you... can't help but smile back at, but this Wawa has employees that need a little joy put back in their lives. Read more
I went to Wawa to grab two tuna hoagies, made the order and paid for them. After some time, they are ready and I find out that... the two whole wheat classic tuna hoagies are different sizes. I asked the person who made my hoagies that one of the hoagies isnot the right size and show him the difference. He responded ?it is classic, some of the bread comes at a smaller size.? I wasnot satisfied with this response but I just wanted to eat my hoagie and did not want the other person waiting for their hoagie.The size of the hoagie is based on the price, so why would you charge someone more money if you know the bread comes at smallersize? Too be honest, I don?t believe that they come at that drastic of a size difference and I believe he gave me a smaller sizeand didn?t want to make more of the classic wheat. Read more
