My fiancé and I were recommend this restaurant from the Inn at Riverbend. We got the hushpuppies which I forgot to take a... picture of them but they were really good and the pizza. Aleea was our server and she was so sweet and pleasant. She made ourstay even better and there was live music playing when visited. It was an amazing decision to go to this restaurant and woulddefinitely come again if we ever visit. Read more

We dropped in here early on New Years Eve 2021 for a drink and an appetizer. Do not judge this book by the cover. We were... pleasantly surprised upon walking in the place and being greeted by the owner Shaena Muldoon. Taylor, our bartender, wasincredible; she was so friendly. We were invited to the Holiday High Tea event and I have to say I?m so glad we came! This is one of the sweetest off the... beaten path venues I?ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is super friendly. The food is amazing. The selection ofteas was vast. The atmosphere is quaint. There?s even a little gift shop next door! I love how they preserved the history ofthe old building, right down to the woodwork, but gave it a fun little spin by turning it into a restaurant. Looking at it fromthe outside, I thought it would be really cramped seating but was pleasantly surprised by how open and spacious the placewas. I wish I could give this restaurant a better rating because you can tell they're really trying, but the service was really slow... and I don't think it was due to a lack of servers. I think it was due to disorganization. I ordered French onion soup. I havemade it before. Their soup tasted like they just simply dumped a can out and heated it up. Also it didn't have any cheese on itwhich it is supposed to have. The pizzas the other parties in our group ordered were okay but not exceptional. Maybe we justwere there on a bad night? Read more
