This subway is the worst in the United States. I've stopped at many for diesel and lunch. Every time I come here the lady is... always so mean and it is obvious she is unhappy with her job. Today I was happy to see a guy at the counter and he was worse. He got upset that I asked if the salads are chopped. He yelled no, got angry and threw the salad in the trash so hard thatlettuce bounced back out and went flying everywhere. I walked out. I know there's a shortage of workers but they really need tofire them both and get new employees. I'll get diesel and food elsewhere from now on. *** 5 months later.. my son wanted ameatvall sub and we were near, so I stopped again... the girl at the counter this morning was very sweet. They didn't havemeatballs but she was very apologetic and honestly I didn't even mind because I was greeted with a smile and that alone wasimprovement from my last 10 visits . Read more
I am not sure if this place is just so busy and they completely forgot how to treat people, but the customer service is awful.... Especially the male employee. I should have got his name but he definitely had an attitude with me. I feel like I was beinggender profiled. I usually don?t write reviews but this place made me mad. very disrespectful lady working there on Sundays 3/13/2022 at around 1:15 pm. she wears glasses with tattoo of superman behind... ear. does not know how to treat customer. argued with me about the bread i asked for and sense i told her she gave me wrongbread, ahe kicked me out of line. worse customer servies ever. will never stop at this subway again. I would leave no stars if possible???..Stopped here to get a sandwich while traveling. The lady at the counter was extremely... rude. She had a bad attitude and was very snappy. Everything we said we wanted, she would snap at us and say, ?we?re out ofthat!? We ended up leaving because apparently they were out of everything. This has to be the absolute worst Subway store. I only stopped here because I needed gas. Toaster doesn?t work and they... ?can?t?do a hot sandwich. Not a deal breaker. The only girl in the store was changing the trash and didn?t wash her handsbefore handling food. She proceeded to check her phone multiple times while making a sandwich and was in a hurry to be done withher shift. Tables are dirty and need to be replaced. Read more
