Whoever hired Ally here failed to train her on basic customer service knowledge. Her attitude is something I don?t think anyone... wants to deal with beginning of your morning. Way to ruin a customer?s experience but im sure Wendys probably doesn?t careanyway. I?ll keep my money and shop elsewhere. They gave me a simply orange juice without a top which is what I thought wasshrink. But i asked for one with a top like I didn?t just spend my hard earned money and she decides to not only ignore me butlook at me like i gave her half the money for it or something. Very busy location off the I-10. Under staffed very hard to keep up with orders. Food prep personnel should be wearing gloves.... Food was handled with bare hands. Food half fresh and half cold. Location needs the owner to clean it up. Read more

Unfortunately there is an obese female managing the drive threw window with little to no customer service. Politely tried to... make my order at the drive threw and that person just ruined my experience at the truck stop. Save yourself the unpleasant andrude experience as I was just trying to get a bite to eat! #Wendys needs to hire better customer service ASAP! Read more

We arrived just after the graveyard shift had clocked in. They were out of most of their items. We ordered a 50ct of nuggets and... one of the workers informed us they had just ran out of them. He suggested we try the spicy chicken nuggets and we loved them.We had ordered a strawberry frosty and because of the inconveniences they even gave us an extra free frosty without anycomplaints from us. The crew was very elated and excited to work as well as enjoyed interacting with their customers. Smiles ontheir faces, laughs being exchanged, it was an amazing experience. One of the greatest fast food experiences I?ve ever had! E V E R!!!!! They were up early (6:30AM) they were in great spirits... (the whole entire crew) they were fast! They were efficient! They did not miss one thing and they helped me save moneysuggesting I did the meal and bundled versus paying for items one by one. Josiah and the cashier (I didn?t get to see his name)but they were all so awesome! I was just passing through but man I wish this was my local neighbor Wendy?s.
