Nice place, friendly staff, seems to have new managers. All great, our waitress and previous wait staff on different occasions... have all been spectacular! Nice atmosphere, baseball game was on and other sports on varying screens. Steak special was orderedby us $10 for Sirloin, baked potato and delicious sweet potato puree... with maple butter and walnuts on top. Great time, ourson later joined my wife and I and the waitress was just as nice and cordial, stated her mom was from England, as I orderedcreamer with my ice tea and she was on top of the whole order from start to finish. The bartender and atmosphere were probably the best thing. Drinks were great, but the waitress forgot an entire to-go meal which... meant we had to go back. The ribs had decent flavor but were very dry. The French onion soup was awesome. Probably wouldn't goback. Read more

On our way to Rockzilla concert and atoppwd here for lunch. Super clean, nice staff. The server was wonderful! Food and drinks... were brought out very quick. Everything delicious! He checked up on us frequently, we never bad an empty cup or dirty plate onthe table. There seems to be some construction goinf on near the parking lot it was a littlw hard to get in but once we dideverything was good. I've been eating at this restaurant for a while now. I love the great service, reasonable prices, delicious food, and late... hours. Those reasons alone are more than enough to keep me coming back, but it was the remarkable turn-around after onenot-so-stellar experience that really has me happy enough to review them. As I mentioned above, I eat here frequently, and havehad a couple times now where they forgot an extra breadstick I requested/paid for. The last time this happened, I was reallyirritated, having not realized until after I drove all the way home. When I called to get it refunded, I had insane troublegetting anyone to answer - like +18 min of waiting before a person answered. Considering it hangs up after 3 min, it wasespecially annoying. HOWEVER - when I did get a person, and finally a manager, Michey/Mickey, he was SO nice. He was friendlyand patient and really went above and beyond to show that he valued me as a customer and wanted to make the experience apositive one. Although he was having difficulties issuing a partial refund as I had initially requested, he actually offered mean entire free meal as an apology and everyone there was SO nice - especially the manager - when I went to pick up the food. I know people make mistakes but this was beyond disgusting made me feel sick to the stomach. I?m not doing this for a free meal... or anything like that but this is just unacceptable I don?t know who or what it?s touched I ate half my French fries when Irealized that something white was at the bottom, pulled it out and and took pictures. this is a mistake that should not happenPlease pay more attention to what you are serving. I can?t get rid of this nasty feeling after seeing this. I also feel like themanger could?ve handled the situation differently. Read more

I'm not a fan of Applebee's. But this location did change my mind. Very good service, baby back ribs were done well.
