I had a very poor visit recently. I decided to give it another go. I?ve always loved the chicken and mashed potatoes. Working at... a restaurant I am very patient and understand that things can and do happen in a restaurant. However 30 minutes waiting for foodthat is pretty much already ready is absurd. The mashed potatoes were good. The chicken however was so burnt and you could tellit was old. Let me continue on my journey to the soda machine (keep in mind I was thirsty AF) I proceed to fill my cup with iceand what happens? 3 dead gnats fall into my cup (I baby barfed in my mouth) upon paying closer attention I noticed that gnatswere in abundance in that area. I was so disgusted I threw my food out and proceeded next door to KFC. I can only imagine whatthe kitchen is like. Does the health department even visit here? Decided to give this place a try, didn't know what to order but they were patient with me. There was no line for the drive-thru,... so I didn't have a long wait. At home, the chicken was really delicious. We'll have to try some of their other items. Staff werevery friendly. Read more
It's been 50 minutes that we've been stuck in this drive-thru so far.. and we've made it up to the pick up window, but still... no sign of food. I'm sitting here watching three employees trip around each other in the most unorganized manner seeminglyaccomplishing nothing. Whoever is managing this location is entirely incompetent for their role. Read more
Staff doesn't care about food quality or good service. El Cajon location. Other locations are much better. When my friend... complained about her food quality the server just stood there and stared at her. I go there for the chicken which is usuallyvery good (but not always). Read more
If you want to know why its empty at 8:30 pm out of chicken !!! your hero product. Drove 10 miles round trip quite frustrating.... at 4.59 a gallon for gas thats 5 bucks gas to get here and have a sold out chicken selection. Unercover boss should come here. Read more
Typical Boston Market with great chicken and a nice variety of tasty sides. Today we took advantage of the $3 Chicken Pot Pie... deal. The crust was very flakey and there was a fair amount of chicken inside as you can see by the pictures. Overall is was avery good pot pie and not overly salted like in some other restaurants. Update: Came in for a quarter white meat chicken mealfor dinner to go. Someone had called in a huge pickup order to feed an event, so they were out of white meat. I was told itmight be an hour before the next batch was fully cooked. No worries, I was willing to wait. After about 20 minutes an employeestarted temp testing the chickens that were looking done. He found 2 that were done. So I only had to wait 25 minutes for adelicious meal. The employees were very nice and apologized for the wait. Read more
Typically the food is great and relatively decent service. But on December 23rd 2020 this was not the case. I don't know what's... been up with this place for the last few years but I notice a consistent decline in service and now quality. The famousrotisserie tasted like they dunked it in mop water before throwing it in the tray. The sweet potatoes were watery almost a soup.It took 45 minutes from the drive thru which couldn't have been more than 6 cars in line. This was after I made the decision touse the drive thru because the take out staff was staggeringly more incompetent and slower. It's a shame because I love themarket but now I'm seriously considering one of those foodie rotisserie machines instead. Read more
Food was cold, ribs looked like dog food. Mac and cheese used to be really good. Service was awful. Look like they don't like... people dining in no more. Portions are more expensive and smaller. Read more
