My husband and I have been eating here since this location opened. At first, we loved it. The quality and customer service was... great. However, in the last few months or so something has changed. The food quality has completely gone down. I always orderthe beef flautas, and the last few times I've randomly gotten chicken mixed in with the beef. The beans and rice are undercookedand crunchy. Burrito was great. Service was good. The problem i have with this type of place is everything is so large. I split the burrito... with my wife, cuz it was too much and the fries look really good but again too large so I didn't order. A burrito and aspecialty fries is over 20 bucks! Way too much for a single person for lunch or dinner. Maybe i missed something? Read more
Went in for breakfast at around 9am on a Monday Ordered the Chipotle Chilaquiles with a scrambled egg This was definitely a... good choice . The only reason it wasn't a 5 star was that the beans and rice were a bit cold. But as good as the chilaquileswere it mad up for it. Will definitely come back and eat here maybe try lunch next time around. Read more
I really don't want to discourage a startup business. Possibly some improvements could be made. Our drinks were watery. My... burro was watery and cold as though it just came out from the refrigerator (witness the photo). Although there were few othercustomers, the wait was 30 minutes. The "veggie" burro Had refried beans instead of whole beans as advertised. There was bacon& lard in the beans even though I asked specifically for whole beans with no lard, cheese or sour cream. Our G-daughter wanted to come here for our after school hanging out together. She already knew what she wanted as she'd been... before with her dad. Tacos! She ordered a carne asada taco, a birria and (I think) a fried fish taco. I guess her favorites. Iwas in a strange mood and ordered a flour shell grilled chicken bowl. Wanted something crunchy. Overall it was a pretty goodbowl. Came with more ingredients than I expected. Maybe more than are needed. There was the chicken, beans, rice, cheese,lettuce, guac, tomatoes, corn, onions, sour cream... very generous for a big appetite. If I was to order it again, I would askfor black beans instead of refried so it wouldn't get mushy. We toasted with our refreshing mandarin Jarritos sodas and enjoyedour eats in a very quiet place. We were the only ones there. Finally not long before we left, a family arrived to order and dineinside. Maybe we came during the lull before dinner. The WORST BIRRIA tacos I have ever ordered. Didn?t even eat them I lost my appetite when I saw them, plus they were expensive... and didn?t even have meat or that birria juice that gives them the flavor not even onions or cilantro. Who ever is cooking needsto get reprimanded.
