Absolutely terrible management. An employee named Alan was using incredibly abusive language and being WILDLY misogynistic... towards some of the employees that could be heard from the front of the store, and it made me incredibly uncomfortable towitness that as a customer. Old ice cream cake and poor service for a Father's Day.... ???? Purchased a recommended Oreo cake for father's day and was then... told they are no longer writing on the cake. Come to find out, I see a cake posted with writing and the cake just didn't tastefresh at all. We've been going to this location for years, and sadly I will likely try another shop or business after the lastcouple of experiences. Read more

I always have a positive experience here, as the employees are helpful, professional, and friendly. Yesterday I came in at noon... for two to-go orders and an amazingly awesome person, Jane, was manning the counter. (She was a young Asian woman, so if youspot her, expect great service!) She was incredibly friendly and I got the vibe that she can put anyone at ease. Anyway, sherecommended flavors I might like, based on my preferences and cravings, and she was more than happy to do half coffee, halfbanana for my mother's peanut waffle cone ice cream (the waffle cone was free! I think they made too many waffle cones orsomething, so I had a few to choose from). She related with me when I said I was still mentally asleep and having troubletalking, and she was a great active listener. It seems she is very naturally skilled with customer service and she just had agreat personality, perfect for dealing with lots of people (as is standard with a job like Cold Stone). Essentially, Janeprovided the best customer service you can get. Also, the ice cream here is great! It's REAL ice cream, made to taste great, andit's dense, so I always get full really fast (unlike with those giant party tubs at the grocery store). I didn't see gold flakesin the Wonder Woman ice cream flavor like the sign said it would, and I wish there were more fruit flavors, but they cycle thosethings out and also I don't really care about the WW flavor or the gold flakes. The two persons (I believe young ladies, but wouldn't want to offend anyone not identifying as such) were amazing, composed, and... fast.
