Haven't even been, but I won't even attempt until they list the toppings on their pizzas on their site menu. How am I supposed... to know what things like the "Scoreboard" pizza are? My family and I have been long time customers but after tonights experience we will NEVER order from here again! Long story... short I received someone elses order and they did nothing to try to correct it in fact they did the exact opposite, the girlthat works there lied about messing up the orders and blamed the driver even after admitting to me on the phone that shes theone that wrote the names on the pizza! The man and girl that work there are extremely rude and hostile, All they kept saying wasto contact slice but when I did and slice reached out to them they kept saying it was the door dash drivers fault not theres! Sonow I have to wait 24hrs to resolve issue when their employee is the one that wrote my name on the wrong pizza! The man therestill had the audacity to say if he makes me another pizza he would have to charge me again!? They dont care about theircustomers or customer satisfaction. I can't believe we were treated this way after being long time customers. Mistakes happenand lying about it is on a whole other level of shady! Read more

Do the other recent reviewers know the new owner or are we reviewing a different Grandstand Pizza on Magnolia?? We have ordered... from here for years and orders were always accurate and the food great. Last two multiple pizza orders have been almost entirelywrong. Toppings were all wrong. Type of crust was wrong. Our fault for not checking everything before the driver left. Bothtimes I called or emailed Grandstand. Ranya replied both times and had the same answer - they were very busy and had newemployees. The second time I asked if the pizzas could be replaced with the correct order and I never heard back fromthem. Mistakes happen, but zero effort by the new owners to correct mistakes (in our experience). We want to support localbusinesses. We found a great place a little further away at 500 Broadway with tasty, consistent pizza and 100% better customerservice. Read more
Great pizza stop! We ordered the largest size that fed 9 people and still didn't finish the entire pizza. We also dined inside... and to a surprise they brought us 9 complementary cannolis on the house! Thanks again for the pizza and great service. Read more
My personal favorite restaurant in El Cajon because when I first called, a warm friendly voice greeted and guided me and called... me brother. When I picked up they made me feel special and it meant a lot to me because I was having a bad day. Every time I goI am treated like a guest. The food is some of the best deli food here. Great pizza spot. Food was fresh and the staff was kind. Ordered online and had no issues with payment or pickup. Ordered and... the food was ready within about 20 minutes of ordering. It was a slower night. So I would add some additional time on busierdays and times. Read more
