Prices have gone way up. A Bacon Sourdough Jack, onion rings, and a soda for nearly $15. The onion rings were over cooked and... the onions inside were papery and tough. One recurring theme at JIB is that the "grilled" sourdough is more toasted thenactually grilled. This makes the sandwich much drier and is not what is advertised. This also applies to the breakfastsandwiches that advertise grilled sourdough. My guess is that it is faster in the kitchen to just toast it, or use animperceptible amount of butter so it cooks more quickly. It is a training/attention to detail issue. I would give fewer than 2stars, but it's a fast food restaurant, so my expectations are lowered going in, even though this meal costs as much as a mealat a sit down, casual restaurant (Applebee's or Chili's, for example). Ehhhhhhhh... we ordered dinner for the 2 of us and when we finally got it my combo had the wrong sandwich and the side was so... burnt it was GROSS. I asked for no onions as I'm ALLERGIC and still got them on the wrong sandwich... I know they get paid justabove minimum wage, but jeeze they can at least get the order right! There was a big parking lot and a drive through! The staff was so nice and positive! I loved their Pineapple Express Shake!! It... was really thick, creamy and flavorful! The hash browns were crispy and not oily at all!! The tacos were thin but they wereokay???? The loaded breakfast sandwich was amazing! Golden crispy, the bacon and sausage were good too!! Read more

The guy at the drive-thru was very nice however when I got home and bit into my Asian chicken sandwich it was burnt to a crisp... it tasted like they had cooked it earlier and just decided to stick it back in the fryer and feed it to me don't go there atnight Read more
Worst drive thru customer service experience EVER!!! Ordered 2 combo meals as well as a couple sides, (onion rings, churros).... Spent just over $26. Got home and we were missing one hash brown and one sandwich. Basically a whole meal minus the drinks, thatshe actually tried to send me away without. Came back through the drive thru to explain the situation and the manager Edith (Iwas told her name, maybe true?) told me she can?t believe I came back to try and get free food. We?ve lived in the same home inFletcher Hills since 2006 and this WAS our go to Jack in The Box. I?ve never felt so disrespected. Left with nothing and willnever return to this location. Read more
